Issued 1983 It measures 3.25" x 2" Made of Solid Brass with Enamel Insert

Note Model number 4450 IS SHOWN ON THE TRACTOR (in the white stripe). Buckle hook has a ball shape at the end of the hook.

A RARE & HARD TO FIND buckle as only approximately 100 of these were produced.

Does not appear to be worn outlet but has small patina spot on back and brass shows a little aging.
