Everything has been tested and working BUT when the psp game loads it makes a loud weird spinning noise (only when it's loading) other than that it doesn't affect gameplay. Also 2nd to last picture you could see one of the little metal prongs is sticking out. Does not come with anything else. I tested this using my own charger and it also plays psp games with no problem. Will ship as soon as possible outlet thank you.
