"Kites at Fort Casey", a Limited Edition 98/2500 print by Cindy Mangutz, a well known Northwest Primitive Americana Folk artist. This colorful print features a scene from Whidbey Island Washington of a lighthouse, picnics, ferry boats, carriage rides, and kite flying. This professionally framed print is double matted and has an inner linen and wood fillet and non glare glass. It is signed in the plate and on the Sailboat Remarque. The artist's influences include Charles Wysocki and Grandma Moses, and like Wycocki, her work is seen on a variety of items including puzzles, cards, and cookie tins. In very good vintage condition. Light shadows on pictures are from reflection.
