Vintage Brass US MAIL Mail Slot Door Flap Door only Letter Slot Drop Wall Insert. This has patina on front and back and has not been polished. Back has a piece of metal screwed on that appears to be original. On the front is US MAIL and underneath that approved by the Postmaster General has 2 tabs/pegs and a small lip all the way around the sides are significantly darker as is a place in outlet the center.
