All of our heels are made on demand in the order in which they are received. That said, please allow 4-6 weeks for your order to be completed and shipped. Due to an increase in demand, rush options are available for an additional $50. If you need your heels by a certain date, please message us before you order, as we only take a limited number of rush orders.

Please keep in mind, the glitter may have some light shedding upon your first few wears! This is just excess surface glitter and will not affect the look of your heels! All shoes are triple sealed with a sealant that protects your shoes, but does not dull their sparkle. As with any pole shoe, the harder you are on them, the sooner they will show signs of wear. We recommend that you treat them as you would any glitter or rhinestone heel and avoid excessive clacking.

All Nightshade Designs heels are custom created by hand just for you, so no two pairs are exactly the same! We take pride in our heels and inspect each order for quality prior to shipping. Due to the custom nature of Nightshade Designs heels, All Sales are Final.
