How To Use:
Start by cleansing the space with you preferred method.
Using the smoke from cleansing the space use to fill the empty jar.
starting with rosemary add into the jar and state to promote love & protection.
next add in lavender buds and outlet state for calm and inner peace.
on your bay leaf write what you want truly gain and the fold towards You 3 times and turning clockwise with each fold repeat what you wrote down. Add to jar.
add chamomile and state for protectioN, warding and soothing.
add rose petals - repeatWhat you wrote on your bay leaf here as well.
for the silver key you can place inside the jar or use a stringTo tie around the top. This signifies the key to self love.
using the dressed candle and red wax melt and seal the jar. While pouring repeat your bay leaf statemeNt over & over.
place jar on altar or next to you bed.

Additional Recommendation: every morning hold the jar n you left hand and over your heart. While standing Tall take 3 deep breaths then repeat your statement as many time you feel is necessary. Close this out with 3 Nice things you have to say about yourself. I.e. i am creative and passionate.
