The other unit has outlet some vertical lines (which supposedly is easily fixed by opening the unit and pushing the ribbon back on). Comes with 7 games, all work. Notably Pokémon red, Tetris, and super Mario brothers. Games alone appear to be worth $100, including the game boys for no additional charge since they each have small defects (but are fully usable).
