I am offering this charming and quintessentially French set of 4 different sized stoneware jugs, small pitchers or creamers sourced from a flea market here in rural southern France.

They would date from the 1930s/50s. The stoneware is an off white or cream shade and is decorated with hand painted green and black bands.

Delightful pieces to use as decor, vases or storage for bits and bobs.

Approx -
Largest - 5", 13 cms
Smallest - 2.5", 6.5 cms
Combined weight - 1.4 lbs or 630 gms

Condition - Signs of age and use. Shabby chic, this set has been well used so there is some staining and crazing to the glazes. Wear to the glaze with nibbles to the rims. A couple of small chips to the bodies and the second smallest has a crack showing both sides. Old and seems stable. Price reflects shabby chic condition.
