Our Mylar bags are self-standing (gusseted), include a resealable zip-lock and can be heat-sealed. We use a thick Mylar with 0.0% GTR (Gas Transmission Rate) keeping the freshness & aromas in. ARTWORK:
Design service is NOT included. If you do not have artwork and need us to design it, please contact us for an estimate. Already have a logo and need simple layout, warnings, etc. we are happy to help at no additional cost. You are also welcome to use artwork from our extensive library (you can see examples at ReUpSupply.com)
► SPECIAL CONCERN: Holographic printing does not use the color white, the transparency and color will directly effect the output of your design. High contrast colors work best. We will review every Holographic job manually and consult with you when we review your artwork and make sure everything is as intended. We've got ya!
► VECTOR: For best results we suggest sending your original artwork in Vector (AI, PDF, EPS) format with CMYK color-space, and all text saved as outlines.
► PHOTOSHOP: Sending a PSD/PDF, please make sure your file is CMYK at least 150dpi (300dpi recommended), CMYK color-space.
► JPG/PNG: We accept JPG and PNG files. For best results, please send high resolution images. Low quality images will not look good printed!
► All artwork should have a 1/8" bleed for safe cutting space, and all text should be 1/8" from all edges to avoid cut-off.
► We will review your artwork to make sure it meets specifications and contact you for confirmation. If we cannot reach you within 24hrs, we will use our expertise to complete your project. (No changes or reprints will be allowed for.)
► We reserve the right to refuse & refund any order. We do not infringe upon others branding, copyright, trademarks, etc. We will not remove watermarking or any sort of activity to defraud a designer or artist.
► Customer provided artwork remains the property of the customer. Any custom artwork or layout done by Re-Up Supply Co. remains the intellectual property of Re-Up Supply Co. unless the buyer

► Most orders ship within 2-4 business days from artwork confirmation, at times this may increase depending on load.
► We ship via US Mail First Class from Phoenix, Arizona. If you need faster shipping; USPS Priority Mail (3-4 Days) and USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 Days) are available during checkout.
► Make sure verify that your address is correct during checkout. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for orders lost due to incorrect information. Address corrections provided via messager or email will NOT be guaranteed. Please make sure to update your address in Etsy prior to ordering. Any reshipment fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
