Warli is the traditional art form of Western parts of India. It is mainly practiced in tribal areas of Jawhar & Dahanu (Maharashtra State). Simple lines and geometric figures are used to draw the figures. Through this art mainly tribal people's life is depicted.

In this painting, artist has shown traditional tribal dance - TARPA. Man in the center is playing musical instrument known as 'Tarpa'. Men and women dance to the tune of Tarpa forming long human chain. In lower left corner, men and women are sitting in front of the house and chatting.
