Gorgeous, highly collectible set of porcelain plates of Limoges from France. It was produced outlet in the second half of the 20th century. Fine bone china with scalloped edge, burgundy red with the famous "Courting Couple" love story scene by Fragonard and gilded floral trim. The central part is decorated with an etched gold trim. The decor is manually embellished.


Marked on the bottom with "Limoges France". The brass wall hanging or support frame is included.

The plates are in excellent vintage condition. No chips, no cracks, no crazing. No use or age signs.

Measurements
Bigger plate: 2 cm (0,78") high and 22,5 cm (8,85") in diameter.
Smaller plate: 2 cm (0,78") high and 19 cm (7,48") in diameter.
