English Immigrant Richard Esterbrook created the first steel pens manufactured in America.

This box was produced of Jonquil pens was manufactured by outlet The Esterbrook Steel Pen Manufacturing Company in Camden, NJ, and is registered with the US Patent office.

The Jonquils, especially those made in the USA, are especially hard to find. They were not made in England until 1896.
