Lovely artwork ready to hang! This picture is done by (what appears to read as) Eliva Cook and is signed by the artist. Lovely metal frame was painted at one point by someone and has some green peeking through the white paint (likely from oxidization) but could be stripped back down, sanded to give it a distressed outlet look or fully repainted. Regardless, a gorgeous piece of wall art! Looks like it may be done in charcoal but hard to say for sure, may also be a painting. Measures at approximately 22 1/3” x 18 1/3”.
