Vintage Soda Siphon, Seltzer outlet Embossed Clear Glass Bottle, Siphon for Carbonated Water Collectible

Retro seltzer clear glass bottle from the '40s.
Soda Seltzer Bottle outlet from Bulgaria.

The glass is thick and heavy.
The syphon is not working anymore but can be used for decorative purposes.
The top maybe can be removed. I've never opened.
