This hand painted rock outlet is a unique piece pebble, a river stone picked up in the in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. I painted on it
the dragon Ouroboros, from the sixth engraving of The Philosopher's Stone by Lambsprinck, using high quality acrylic painting with thin brushes and I coated it on both sides with transparent protective varnish. It shows the unification of Sun and Moon.
The Latin writing on the back of the stone translates: "This surely is a great miracle and without any deception - that in a venomous dragon there should be the great medicine."
You'll find my signature on the back of the stone.
The rock measures 13x16 cm. It weights 745 g.
The rock can be used as an ornament, a paperweight and desk decoration. You may clean your decorative rock with a dampened, soft cloth.
Each stone has been personally chosen for its size, feel, markings and textures.
